Term of service
IMPACT MIGRATION CONSULTS LIMITED –  TERM OF SERVICE.
This is a contract between you and Impact Migration Consults Limited. (IMC). This website and
its related services are owned and operated by IMC. By signing up to use an account through
impactmigration.com, or any other of our approved channels, partners, agents, associated
websites, APIs, or mobile applications, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all
of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
General
Impact Migration Consults Limited will forward all applicant(s) documents for processing to its
partnering universities and/or some other universities for issuance of conditional/unconditional letter of acceptance.
● Impact Migration Consults Limited will provide for applicant(s) the education services that will
includes administrative, counseling, liaising between the applicant(s) and its partnering
universities and/or some other universities.
● Our registration fee, admission and visa processing fees are non-refundable. Universities
Application fee are only refundable if we get a refund from this Universities. Most of our
partnering universities will refund applicant(s) tuition fee (deposit) with a little deduction of
administrative and transfer charges in the unlikely case of a visa refusal; however, Impact
Migration Consult Limited cannot be held responsible if university refuses or delay refund.
● Courier fee, Visa application fee and other processing cost carried out through other parties are
only refundable if we get a refund from these third parties. It is your responsibility to check with
us on this specific refund policy not stated on this website. By subscribing to any of our services,
you have agreed and accepted all our refund policies and all our other tern of service. We can
only account for payment made through our approved payment channel. Money transfer and
payment charges are also covered by you for all refund.
● Disputes arising in connection with fake documents from the applicant(s) will result in losing the
applicant(s) tuition fee paid to the university.
● Applicant(s) will comply with the general obligations specified by these terms and conditions
and acknowledges that Impact Migration Consults Limited ability to deliver the admission and/or
visa services is dependent upon applicant(s) full and timely cooperation with Impact Migration
Consults Limited, as well as the accuracy and completeness of any information and data
applicants provides in due time.

● Impact Migration Consults Limited reserves the right to change these terms at any time, in our
sole discretion. Any such changes in respect of your use of the services will take effect when
posted on the website. If you have supplied us with an email address, we will also notify you by
email of changes to these terms.
● It is your responsibility to read the terms carefully on each occasion you use the services. Your
continued use of the services shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the current terms.
● Failure or delay by IMC in enforcing or partially enforcing any provision of these terms shall not
be construed as a waiver of any rights.

DEFINITIONS
2.1. All references to the ‘company,’ ‘us,’ ‘our,’ ‘we’ or ‘Impact Migration’ ‘Impact Migration
Consults Limited’ ‘IMC’ ‘impactmigration.com’ means Impact Migration Consults Limited, a
company registered in Nigeria by Corporate Affairs Commission, Company number: RC
1514781; Taxpayer Identification Number: 2355120526, having it corporate head office at 103,
Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
2.2. All references to ‘you,’ ‘your,’ or the ‘applicant(s)’ mean the person or persons, using the
website and/or using the services rendered by us through our website or some other of our
approved channels.
2.3. All references to the ‘Website’ shall include reference to all URL’s operated by IMC.
2.4. ‘Working Day’ means a day other than a public holiday, a Saturday or a Sunday, in Nigeria.
2.5. ‘Academics year’ means ‘a duration of roughly 12 Months consisting of two Semesters.’
2.6. ‘Services’ means any feature provided by us via the Website or any local application
(mobile desktop or otherwise), including but not limited to admission and visa processing.
2.7. ‘Communication’ includes but not limited to communication by email, Whatsapp, WeChat,
Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Calls, our office(s), and our Website.

NO LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
3.1. In using our Services, you may view content or be referred to utilize services provided by
third parties, including links to web pages and services of such parties (“Third Party
Content/Service”). We do not control, endorse or adopt any Third-Party Content/Services and
will have no responsibility for Third Party Content/Services including, without limitation,
material that may be misleading, incomplete, erroneous, offensive, indecent or otherwise
objectionable in your jurisdiction. In addition, your dealings or correspondence with such thirdparties are solely between you and the third parties. We are not responsible or liable for any loss
or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings and you understand that your use
of Third Party Content/Services, and your interactions with third parties, is at your own risk.
⮚ School Service Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern school services, study visa application and other related
services provided by IMPACT MIGRATION for her clients.

1. CLIENTS WHO NEEDS A STUDY VISA

Institutions and/or immigration authorities.

2. IMPACT MIGRATION shall not be held responsible for costs (directly or consequential)
incurred due to any delay arising from incomplete visa application form, inaccurate/false
information or documentation provided by the client, or as a result of circumstances
outside IMPACT MIGRATION control.
3. IMPACT MIGRATION reserves the right to return any passport without the requested visa if
the passport or the documents provided do not comply with the requirements or if there
is insufficient time to process the visa.
4. IMPACT MIGRATION bears no responsibility for costs incurred by an applicant or any
secondary applicants while waiting for a visa to be finalised by the immigration authorities.
These costs may include but are not limited to cost of flights, rent of accommodation, and loss of
earnings or any other costs.
5. IMPACT MIGRATION will not be held responsible should the immigration authorities or any
other third party change their rules, regulations or processing requirements if that change has a
direct effect on the timeline for delivery. However, IMPACT MIGRATION will use its
best endeavours to minimize any delay or inconvenience caused in this respect.
6. IMPACT MIGRATION is a private company and do not have authority to grant a visa of any
kind. The final decision on all applications rests with the relevant organisation responsible
for issuing that result.
7. IMPACT MIGRATION cannot influence any decision made by an immigration authority; any
delay by an immigration authority in the issuing of a visa; or a decision to refuse to grant a visa.
8. It is the client’s responsibility to provide IMPACT MIGRATION with all required
information and documentation concerning the application. However, IMPACT MIGRATION
may assist, where necessary, to provide documentation subject to client’s request.
9. IMPACT MIGRATION cannot lodge a visa application until it has complete documentation
and any subsequent documentation requested by IMPACT MIGRATION from the applicant.

10 IMPACT MIGRATION will use and rely on information provided by the clients in the
provision of services to them. IMPACT MIGRATION will not independently verify or assume
responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
11 IMPACT MIGRATION shall not be held responsible for any changes in immigration policy
which affect the eligibility of a visa application at any stage while a visa application is
being processed by the Immigration Authorities.
12 IMPACT MIGRATION shall not be responsible to provide the relevant medical
forms/vaccination cards to a client, should health examinations be required. Hence IMPACT
MIGRATION has no part in the process of carrying out these medicals or providing these
medical results to the Immigration Authorities for further processing.
13. IMPACT MIGRATION will not proceed with visa application services until payment has
been made.
14 Our prices may need to be changed without prior notice as our prices are governed
by exchange rates and changes in immigration costs.
15 As soon as payment is received, the client is deemed to have engaged the service of IMPACT
MIGRATION. Once the service has been provided to the client it cannot be returned. Where visa
was denied, visa processing fees are non-refundable.
16 If, after requesting for visa application with IMPACT MIGRATION you wish to withdraw the
visa application within 24hours and the application has not been submitted to the Immigration
Authorities, 20% of the amount paid shall be deducted as bank surcharges, assessment and/or
administration fees. If the application has been submitted, the money cannot be refunded as the
services has been completely delivered.
17 Where an applicant fails to honour a scheduled appointment at the embassy/visa application
centre, IMPACT MIGRATION shall charge the equivalent amount charged by the embassy/visa
application centre to secure subsequent appointment at the appropriate embassy/visa application
centre.
18 IMPACT MIGRATION reserves the right not to provide any service without the client
agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out herein.
19 IMPACT MIGRATION will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by
an embassy/consulate issuing an incorrect visa or incorrect details on a visa as this is out of our
control.
21. IMPACT MIGRATION shall record all conversations for record and quality assurance
purpose.

20 IMPACT MIGRATION shall not be held responsible under any circumstance, to compensate
for any injury, accident, loss, damage or delay (whether directly or consequential), of
any passports or travel documents by any third-party courier/delivery company.

B. CLIENTS WHO NEEDS SCHOOL SERVICE ASISSTANCE:

1. It is the client’s responsibility to provide IMPACT MIGRATION with all required
information and documentation concerning the application. However, IMPACT MIGRATION
may assist, where necessary, to provide documentation subject to client’s request. 
2. IMPACT MIGRATION will use and rely on information provided by the clients in the
provision of services to them. IMPACT MIGRATION will not independently verify or assume
responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
3. IMPACT MIGRATION will use and rely on information provided by the clients in the

responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
4. IMPACT MIGRATION shall not be held responsible for any changes in immigration policy
which affect the eligibility of a school admission after it has been issued.
5. Our prices may need to be changed without prior notice as our prices are governed
by exchange rates and changes in school application costs.
6. If, after requesting for school service, you wish to withdraw within 24hours and the school
abroad has not been contacted or paid, 20% of the amount paid shall be deducted as bank
surcharges, assessment and/or administration fees. If the school service has been gotten from the
school, the money cannot be refunded as the services has been rendered.
7 IMPACT MIGRATION reserves the right not to provide any service without the client
agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out herein.
8. IMPACT MIGRATION shall record all conversations for record and quality assurance
purpose.
9. IMPACT MIGRATION shall apply to a maximum of five schools (USA, Canada & UK) and
a maximum of one school (Europe). In a case where the admission is not granted after using all
options above, the client shall have to pay another school application fee. Please note that our
school application has a success rate of 98%.
10. After the admission letter is gotten, the client shall make all outstanding payment for the
school service before we can proceed with the study visa application.

11. IMPACT MIGRATION will not proceed with the school service request until payment has
been made.
